Our services
We provide ecommerce services including Shopify store design and development, SEO, store audits, email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising management, conversion optimization and marketplace setup. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your proposal or invoice. We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid after their due date.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need to do the work
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, images and trademarks you give us
- Pay third-party costs such as Shopify plans, apps, themes, email software and advertising spend, unless agreed otherwise
No guaranteed results
We work to improve your store and marketing, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, market, competition and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, sales, revenue or return on advertising spend.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how. Third-party themes, apps, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may describe the project in our portfolio without sharing confidential information.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services.
Third-party platforms
Our work often relies on platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, eBay and TikTok Shop. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions or fees.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
Ending a project
Either party may end a project as described in the project agreement. You pay for work completed up to the end date.

The content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, misuse or interfere with the website.
